On more than one occasion we have been given the wrong items and this last time when we decided to pick up the phone and make them aware we have been told we should have checked the contents of the bag. Mind you this was after they were given our order in writing as we were fed up getting the wrong items so many times. On top of this we were charged for food which was never ordered in the first place, and when we challenged them about the prices which were advertised on their website and leaflets we were told they were not updated for a while? I think this totally comes under false advertising; it is not the extra few quid you pay, but it is their attitude and as a customer I think I can live without taste good for the rest of my life!
