Feed the Man Meat Part 2

Guest editor here again, and I am delighted to report that the lamb I bought earlier at George Bower butchers in Stockbridge, Edinburgh was magnificent!

I marinated it in light soy, honey, ginger and garlic. And roasted it in the oven at 190 deg for 25 minutes. It came out perfectly pink and perfectly tender. Check out the photos before and after:-

I definately recommend George Bower butchers in Stockbridge; the result far outweighted the expectation!
