		<description>Actually he is English, and the Welsh accent is merely part of his stage persona (I found out from skinnyfest or similar after I'd seen him and thought he was Welsh like you)  Agree he was v good.  Highlights of my first fringe were Mark Watson, Andy Parsons, Russell Kane, Russell Howard and Sit by Tricycle Theatre.  Fringe Opening Party was pretty cool too.</description>
