I was at Harvey Nichols on Saturday myself, and I must say, in the sunshine, the Fourth floor really had a great atmosphere to it. I did notice though that there was a heap of noise coming from the Bar, even though there really wasnt excess amounts of people. That aside, would definately recommend it. Infact, I'd recommend Harvey Nic's for a day out! We managed to spend 2.5 hours in the place, trying on expensive makeup, Prada sunglasses and more!
