Simple,fresh food complicated with a brochure style menu at pretentious prices, George St. is a superb street but price does not always mean class. Knock 20% off the pricing(food and beveridges) and Centotre deserves its place on the Street! And my 16 year old son says the Pizza's are too soggy in the middle? Centotre fell well short of my anticipated classic Italian cuisine.
